This project was made using Unity, and the team used GitHub, and Trello for code organization and project management. We were given approximately 2.5 months to work on this project and with a team of four people this was quite a challenge. We were very ambitious at the start and had a lot of very fun ideas for our game. But we knew we had to draw some boundaries to keep ourselves from getting carried away and succumbing to what us developers called scope creep.
After many discussions about what the core of our game is and what is necessary to complete it we had broken down our list of tasks into those that must be completed and those that would be considered stretch goals. I proud to say that we created what we had set out to create and even got to add some of our stretch goals.
While we all had many roles within this team my main roles were on the programming side of things. I did handle a fair bit of the project management tasks and maintaining the project workflow often fell to me, I mostly programmed the interactions and the interface. Making sure that the buttons all do the appropriate tasks and creating the tasks themselves. Making the get game respond to the player, in short.
